Buying out of stock Lego shop@home

Hi all, I'm curious if anyon has done this before, I want to get The Tumbler and its out of stock on shop@home. It has an expected ship date of Sept 2. If I order these now, will I get the September promo figure with my order? Or will it be the Mini Cooper? Thank you in advance.

If you add the Tumbler to your cart the Mini Cooper appears, but according to the small print "Offers exclude backorder items". I've already placed orders on backorder items with one other small item that's in stock, then the promo item ships first with the small set.
So if you add any in stock item to your order with the tumbler you should get the mini Mini Cooper.
If you place an order with just the tumbler and it doesn't ship until September you won't get the minifig because you placed the order before that promo began.
