What the hell is LEGO thinking these days?

Or some marketing product person set the wrong status on those products in the database for that region.
Maybe they need more inventory for America and Asia markets so they'll stop selling those sets in Europe.

Let's be honest 90% of the sets listed are already as good as 'retired'. To LEGO 'retired' just means they aren't producing more, so maybe they just have a huge surplus of the newer sets. Most of the others are from early 2016 and 2015 and even before so that's not shocking. This isn't 20 years ago when LEGO would keep the product o the shelf for 3 years, it's amazing when it stays o the shelf for three months.dr_spock wrote:Or some marketing product person set the wrong status on those products in the database for that region.

Look, you wake up one day, and your legs, they just give and you just can't run anymore.

Yes the exclusives stay around much longer normally. But one set out of the 10,000 LEGO has made in the last decade is not a pattern.captainrex803 wrote:Not when we are talking about Death Stars...Brick & Blue wrote:it's amazing when it stays o the shelf for three months.dr_spock wrote:Or some marketing product person set the wrong status on those products in the database for that region.
