That's where I got mine as well. Despite reports of being at Target, I still can't find the Mailbox or Car polys at any of the Targets in my area. :(

Odd because all I've only seen so far is the Lego Friends 30103 Emma Car Polybag here in the south at the local Target's

not only is at Target, but it's $1 cheaper there too.

I found this set at Target, but it's only at one of the five or six stores I've been to. The ghost polybag is in every Target, but the Friends set in the Halloween section is either this, the car or the mailbox polybags.

This set was also available in the Spring of this year at Wal-Mart.
I bought 4 of them at that time.
