All I can find now at Target on clearance are the technic snowmobiles, some bionicles, and some scattered agents. Looks like Target must have salvaged the rest. I know many stores still had a bunch of other LEGO themes not too long ago and am pretty certain they didn't sell it all.
Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

I bought the 2 Bionicle sets that were clearanced ($9.98 and $7.48) and the Chima Saber-tooth set for 50% off.
I checked a few sets that were still left over from last week, but none went down to 70% off, still at 50%.

If you are still seeing Technics and Bionicles I think it's more likely that people, probably resellers are clearing out the other 50% stuff.

I still can't believe that the store I went to got rid of 20-25 steamrollers in just a few days. Unless it went to 70% off, then I could see it.

I bought the [Hobbit] The Battle of Five Armies for 17.98 and the [Chima] Saber tooth Tiger Tribe Pack for $4.98.
I picked up the last ones.

I'm thinking the Batman/Joker Steamroller got packed up and will the the Black Friday deal this year considering there were TONs out there and then all of a sudden were gone. No way they were all sold, even to resellers.

Check your targets. Clearance sets are going to "Item Not Found". Was able to get a Benny's Jet & Dropship for $14.99 each and a Joker Steamroller for $7.99. Register person chose those prices. YMMV

Definitely YMMV. Sometimes they'll give you a low price, sometimes they'll tell you they can't do anything.

99% of the time they will tell you they can't do anything, or you can buy it for full price.

It all depends on who is working at the registers or behind the CS desk, I went out today and went to CS three times at three different targets and the prices I was quoted varied from full price to 50%, only once did I get the 70% and that was for an Xmen blackbird that they let me have for $13.50 since they used $44.99 as last selling price.

I have found items that where not listed in the inventory many times, the trick is not to bring it to the CSM, just check out and when the cashier rings it up tell them nicely ts on clearance and that it should be 70% off, I have never been refused doing this.

Picked up 3 of the 60057 Camper Van for 9.98 and one 60007 High Speed Chase for 14.95. Not too bad.

I went around to look for any leftovers or returns from the last clearance round and got some smokin' hot deals.
Ultra Agents Riverside Raid 60% off for $4.48
Bionicle Gali 75% off for $3.75
Joker Steamroller 75% off for $12.50
and Ultra Agents Hurricane Heist 90% off for $7
Almost any Lego sets you can get for over 60% off is a no-brainer in my opinion.
I also saw some Friends juice bars for 50% off a few different locations that I had not seen on clearance before.

Hey, thanks for the tip! I have been holding out for the Friends juice bar since it was released and was able to grab one for me and one for a niece. :-D

I got it for $18-$21 about a year ago, my first Friends set I think, it's awesome. PINEAPPLES!

Wow, I would love to find *anything* marked below 50% off! It seems the growing trend is for Target to not even reduce their clearance that far, opting instead to "salvage" the leftover items and send them to Goodwill.

I managed to snag this small hobbit set for 50% off a couple weeks ago: http://brickset.com/sets/79015-1/Witch-King-Battle. At that time there were also some bionicle guys at half off. Old news, I know. :) I never luck out with 75% off or whatever.
