They are price matching Amazon and Gamestop through Cartwheel... interesting.

I'll wait. With as bad as these seem to be selling and with all the deep discounting they should be down to 75% off soon.
Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

The thing is LEGO said they had planned to have the game around for at least 3 YEARS. Maybe they realize that the stuff is an insane ripoff and should be half the cost they are charging. A 'fun pack" should be at most $10.

I'm hoping for a $6 Cyberman, with another dele.

It's overpriced and there is too much competition.

Best Buy's reduced pricing didn't include the most recently released fun packs, so this could be a good way to get the newest stuff at non-gougy prices. I fully agree that Lego was overly optimistic in their initial price point. Luckily the economic system has a way of taking care of that ;-)

Yeah, 7.50 for a fun pack makes much more sense than a 14.99 price point, especially when most LEGo fans have an idea of how much a Minifigure costs.

Here is my experience at 1 of my local Target.

Went last night to buy Lego 71238 Doctor Who Fun Pack, scan it then proceed to the register to pay.
The system didn't recognized the offer when she scan my phone.
She took a closer look and read all the restriction:
The Started Pack offer excludes the fun, team, and level packs.
The Fun Pack offer excludes the team, level, and started packs.

So you can't combined them. In my case I was using the right offer for the right product.
A manager came and manually fix it for me. But she did claim that it has been happening with other customers.

I guess the new fun and level packs are not "officially" part of the offer, but a manager can overwrite it.
I will not delay much in getting them if you really want them.
Just in case Target decides to change or cancel the offers.

My kids love Lego Dimensions, time to load up on some of the sets they've been wanting.
