Awesome prices I just couldn't pull the trigger. I really wanted the TIE too. Being in the LEGO game for many years has shown that it's all cyclical. We are now in a overproduction stage and the shelves are full again at this time of year. Even LEGO "investors" are having a hard time right now moving their inventory at a good profit. There will be big discounts after Christmas to make room for new new releases. Even the big sets are getting discounted even though TLG said they would "punish" retailers for doing this a few years ago. Its hard to play the waiting game on some sets but I like to use my money to buy more sets for less $.

I ended ordering the Sandcrawler but not the Tie. Probably will regret it down the road, but that's life.
I just couldn't. I have another big purchase on my wish list: Sideshow Darth Vader Premium format statue.
So that's going to take a big chunk out of my hobby money.

I did order the Falcon, Death Star Final Duel, and 2 Micro fighters- Ghost and Tie Advance.

I just hope that I have enough $$$ for the after Christmas clearance sales.

The way online sales have been going I doubt the in store clearance will even beat the prices we have been getting.

I bought a Pet Shop, MF, Passenger Train all within the last week. That's $300. Never mind the amount I spent last time Target had a 20% off 20% off sale.
