Target - Summer Clearance

Just got back from Target, and it looks like their usual summer clearance has begun. Everything 30% off, but YMMV of course. I saw the Lighthouse, Witch Doctor, half the Cars 2 stuff, all Alien Conquest, and about half the Star Wars(Millennium Falcon, Republic Frigate, Podracers, etc).

Thanks for the tip. I've been waiting on the LIghthouse and the Alien Conquest helicopter for a sale... if I can find them at 30% I'd bite. Unfortunately I suspect the LIghthouse is 30% off the jacked up price they've had it at for a while now, so in reality it's probably only a 15% off MSRP even at 30% off Target price.

Problem is with Target jacking up prices in-store recently the clearance isn't going to help much...

Also heard the Destiny Bounty is getting clearanced as well, might be YMMV too.

Just went and came back from the Target in Nutley, NJ. Whatever Lego they had on clearance wasn't really a deal ..lighthouse for clearance price of 41$ and the Big Hogwarts for 117$. AC tripod for 18$

Only 20% off relevant sets at my local Target.

Hit two Targets (pun intended) and saw 30% clearances. They are all in the regular LEGO aisle with red clearance stickers. One store had some Harry Potter on clearance, but some were still full price. As someone mentioned, Target prices are starting to go much higher than MSRP for some sets. 4867-1: Hogwarts was priced at ~$60 which is $50 MSRP. Both stores had Alien Conquests on clearance and a couple City sets on clearance. One was the Satellite Launch set.

actually my wife had yesterday marked down as Target clearance on toys (I was surprised ) , so it must be same as last year, the thursday before 4th of July, so mark your calenders for next year.

Nothing too exciting at my Target. The sets already mentioned by others were only clearanced at 15-20%; I think the bounty hunter gunship was the only one already at 30%.

Stopped into Seekonk Mass, this morning. BP for 117. All the HP sets were full price...as were the creator (though it looks as though the tags reflect a discount somehow). Maybe next week there.

No Friends sets that I know of.

Purchased big Hogwarts Castle 4842 - it had not been raised above MSRP $129.99 like some of the other HP sets, so it was a legitimate 30% off ($90.98). They gave me another 5% off for the box being dented (86.53), and I used my Target card for another 5% off - walked out with it for $87 after tax.

AC sets seemed to not have been inflated either, and were also 30% off. Lighthouse, smaller hogwarts were also clearanced from their inflated pricing. MF was full price, only saw gunship for 15% off. The worst was the Knight Bus HP set raised to $49.99 a few weeks ago, and now clearanced at 15% off for $42.49 - still above MSRP!

I went to 2 Targets. AC was only 15% off. I found Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator for $50.

They had marked up the SW planet sets to $12.xx and it was on "clearance" for $8.48, i think. Playing the TRU game.

The Friends sets do not seem to be on clearance.

Jumped on a BP for $84. Only one left, I crave Lego, got 90 days to decide if I really want to keep it. Big HW only $112, left it, down from $130. No Destiny's bounty, really strange if this is being clearanced...

No lego clearance here yet. Interestingly,they had other non lego, non building set stuff sharing shelf space with them.
