That happens quite a lot with B&N and overseas orders. Even when the deals are valid their Sales Audit department goes ahead and cancels them. You can try contacting them through the company's toll-free number 1-800-843-2665 (free to you if you call on Skype). The odds are that you'll explain your entire situation to a regular customer service person who won't know why it was canceled and will try to reinstate the order, only to find out that you need to talk to the Sales Audit people. The wait time is long, their attitude is terrible and they'll tell any blatant lie can think of to justify why the order was canceled. I wish I were exaggerating, but I've been down this road several times and it's the reason I don't get excited by their sales anymore. It's a shame because their shipping rates are really the best. Good luck.

Incidentally, I was thinking about giving them another try for the Friends Dolphin Cruiser, but after seeing your post I think I'll just save myself the aggravation.

Arrrgh they don't have the 79111 Constitution Train Chase online! I've been looking since it came out and have yet to see it go on sale! Has anybody found that one for a discount anywhere?

Picked up 2 x 75005 Rancor Pit and 2 x 79008 Pirate Ship Ambush sets.
I love these B&N deals, but its been almost a YEAR since the last one!

I noticed the Lone Ranger Train set at my local Meijer's (in store) just today marked down to $69. Hope that helps

I ordered 4 gunship to Hong Kong, I got a message that the order being cancelled, I sent a email to explain this is my first order with B&N and how sad i was and I order 4 gunship again in another order, I got a email next day saying is schedule to ship, but keep finger crossed..... I thought the BOGO is from 12-14 US time, I wonder why no BOGO discount now? Does they ended BOGO earlier? I even try switching the time zone still no.....

I was able to get in-store a Dolphin Cruiser and Olivia's House for $84 before taxes. The 20% only applied to one item, like stated on the coupon. I don't know how some of you got 20% off all (both) of your items.

Dolphin Cruiser - 69.95 - 7 = 62.95 - 31.48 (50%) = 31.48
Olivia's House - 72.95 - 7.30 = 65.65 - 13.13 (20%) = 52.52

Just FYI - my LOTR pirate ships shipped (so to speak).

However, when I tried to buy 2 Sail Barges in-store, my local store told me that they wouldn't stack the coupon with the BOGO50.

It is annoying how this sale was very inconsistent at B&N across the country in regards to the 20% off coupon.

I noticed at my B&N that they had signs in the toy department advertising the BOGO, but there were no signs on the shelves with LEGO. I was concerned that LEGO was excluded at my store and I was ready to pull out my email that had the LEGO logo on it. It rang up fine, but clearly was not well marked.

This turned into a pretty stellar deal for me. I picked up Jabba's Sail Barge and the Republic Gunship for $150 out the door. BOGO + 20% coupon + 10% member discount.

I got that message too, they cancelled my order with BOGO and messaged me on 16th that they made error on their end that I can make a new order without BOGO, how ridiculous.

I have learned with Barnes and Nobles website to never place another order, been burnt before. Further wasting an hour one evening ordering several sets that I must note where showing available for some time, all the orders were cancelled a few days later with no explanation. When I tried to call, the rep and their leader had no clue and all I got was sorry. NEVER AGAIN. They blew it, and sadly I was paying full retail on those items. I hope someone from corporate reads this. Clean up your site before you post items you don't have, you look unprofessional.
