Coke or Pepsi?
Coke or Pepsi?
Just a fun little question...title says it all, do you prefer Coke or Pepsi?
I'm a Coca-Cola drinker all the way, I despise Pepsi!

I prefer Coke as I don't like the aftertaste of Pepsi. Also I've added a poll :)

Re: Coke or Pepsi?
Coke in bottle, not as a fountain drink...it doesn't taste the same as the coke that fast food restaurants usually gives for some reason
Re: Coke or Pepsi?
I prefer the original Coke, not Diet Coke or Coke Zero. For some reason, those ones tastes weird and isn't as as good.
I guess factories are better equipped when mixing the syrup with carbonated water to make coke. Also, they probably use purified water instead of non-purified tap water.gabriellee11 wrote:Coke in bottle, not as a fountain drink...it doesn't taste the same as the coke that fast food restaurants usually gives for some reason

The admin might want to consider a sponsorship request if one side gets the majority of votes.
:DYes Coke Marketing. We run a website that gets X thousand of views per day. We ran a poll and X percent of our readers prefer your beverage to the other guy. Would you be interested in sponsoring part of the site for $$$!
Re: Coke or Pepsi?
As I have tasted both abroad I must ask.
American Pepsi or American Coke both made of high fructose corn syrup?
Or those made of Sugar, as I have found out of country?

Unfortunately HFCS, I wish they made it w/ sugar instead. I've heard in Mexico they use sugar.koromo wrote:As I have tasted both abroad I must ask.

Re: Coke or Pepsi?
We don't really drink too much soda, we just try not to have it in the house. Mainly coffee (for me, at least, my wife despises it), iced tea or water and one glass of juice a day for the little one... but when I do drink soda, it's Pepsi Throwback if it's available, otherwise standard Coke or Cherry Coke. Sometimes Root Beer.
Re: Coke or Pepsi?
Yes, we actually get some Mexican Coke and Pepsi show up in our local Grocery stores, and Michigan is pretty far from Mexico.atmail35 wrote:Unfortunately HFCS, I wish they made it w/ sugar instead. I've heard in Mexico they use sugar.koromo wrote:As I have tasted both abroad I must ask.

My wife cant have any Corn Syrup so she likes Pepsi Throwback, and occasionally we'll get a Mexican Coke when we see it.
I have inoperable cancer and am unable to work. Any gifts would be appreciated. Thank you!
Re: Coke or Pepsi?
I've seen those in Mexican grocery stores too. I'm lucky, in my area now the local Walmart has started selling the Coke in Bottles and Pepsi too! It's the best of both worlds! The ones I used to get at the Mexican grocery store sometimes had a little rust building up around the caps.ncbarrett wrote:Yes, we actually get some Mexican Coke and Pepsi show up in our local Grocery stores, and Michigan is pretty far from Mexico.atmail35 wrote:Unfortunately HFCS, I wish they made it w/ sugar instead. Somehow I like the taste of coke. I usually stand by the weak side. However, I can't deny my favor to coke.
Re: Coke or Pepsi?
Coke is definitely my favorite. Every now and then I get a craving for the fountain soda coke. Just cant get that taste from fountain soda in cans imo.

Re: Coke or Pepsi?
Well holy crap it looks like Coke is winning...I used to be a big Pepsi fan when I was smaller and then I learned that the only reason that it is 'sweeter' than Pepsi is that it has more sugars in it. After that I tried comparing the tastes between the two and realized that Pepsi has a flat taste and a bit of an aftertaste too.
Also bigdaddy I totally know what you are talking about. Fountain drinks are superior to canned drinks.
