Walmart call that a clearance at a couple of stores before. I passed on it since that was no clearance at all. Buy at 40-50% off on ANY set is more like it, unless it is a very limited set.

This set had been on sale at some Loblaws Superstores for around that price a couple weekends ago. Not sure about now however.
