Ninjago 70724 NinjaCopter is now $29.97 at Costco. I believe the original Costco price was $59.97 and toys R Us is $74.99. i realize this isn't a really popular set, the the piece count alone makes this a pretty good deal. I was surprised to see it reduced this much before Christmas!

No stock in Newmarket or Richmond Hill. I actually saw a few left last week in Richmond Hill but never thought to take it to cashier to check on price. It's a decent set actually with good figs.

Yes and unfortunately we share the same source with a few professional scalpers! Allow me to demonstrate:

King of scalpers! http://www.kijiji.ca/o-posters-other-ads/80358958 Lives around the Richmond Hill TRU so I suspect he's at least one of the parties who cleans it out on morning (or night before) of any meaningful sale on good sets.

The bishop of scalpers! http://www.kijiji.ca/o-posters-other-ads/88026298 Lives close to the RH Costco. He's not as prolific as the other guy but he has his periods of spamming on kijiji.

The Court Jester! http://www.kijiji.ca/o-posters-other-ads/17283371 Lives on the western end of RH. He actually only resells mostly what afol would be interested in. He does have a ridiclous listing for $500 for the MarinaBay Sands Singapore set. lol Honestly someone should just tell him to go buzz off…

There is of course a few more but these are the biggest spammers on Kijiji. I honestly think that first guy sells Lego for a living. Not sure if that's enough to support a decent living (actually I don't really think it is) but gotta really admire how much effort he puts in to it lol.

that person with the marina bay sands for $500 just sold so there are afol's are out there! ...and especially in the GTA. Kijiji is providing a good source for aftermarket lego; just have to do your research on what are the prices you are willing to pay compared to the market value or retail value, so I welcome all sellers on all sources of lego especially when ebay is just getting too expensive to buy lego from US because of the global shipping program.
