I tried most of the sets over 190$+ and they all got the 10% rebate.
Need to add to cart and the 10% is applied at the checkout.

Similar to double VIP points, except discount is taken directly on price instead of getting credits.

If you are looking at an item sold by amazon.ca, if you scroll down a bit to the Special Offers and Product Promotions section, you'll see that the offer is "save 10% on each participating item when you spend $50 or more on LEGO sets offered by Amazon.ca".

Offer is valid until March 31, 2016 11:59pm PST.

Also, the 10% off won't show in the price until you start the check-out process.

What happened to March 31? I had a set in my cart to purchase while I waited for a $10 credit to be applied to my account.

I'm certain I saw Mar 31 on their website. My guess the promo was taken down because it was being mistakenly applied to the exclusives. If that was the case, I'm glad they didn't cancel any of my orders.

Discount may only be 10% off but I also saved on HST on that portion (as opposed to Lego VIP pts where I have to pay taxes on the full retail price). I also got 2% ebates since it was 2x cash back for Amazon.

Got some of the exclusives that I fear may be retired this year.

Place your order, then online chat with the customer service for the refund of 10%. I did that and worked for me.
