10 bids on an item that could easily be found at a LEGO store or Target and Walmart. I have one question though, I am not very familiar with the Ebay rules but, once you bid on an item and you have the winning bid, do you have to purchase the item?

I agree - it's like a signed contract. If you do it a few times you're kicked off ebay for good.

The Lady Liberty is one of the easiest to feel for, just look for the huge wedge piece.
The Flamenco Dancer also has a wedge piece, so you have to be careful. Better to feel for the wedge first, then the headpiece.

If you are interested in Star Wars, you could wait until the new Planet sets come out and then use them as a filler: http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/toys/TIE- ... kwsec=Toys

The ones I want are:

1. Alien
2. Liberty
3. Elvis
4. Sleepyhead
5. Genie
6. Minotaur
7. Surgeon
8. Butcher

I'd probably stop at 8 coz its gettin expensive.
Okay, so here's what I got from my order:

Mechanic aka Elvis x2 - feel the wrench + 4x1 box with handle
Celtic Warrior x2 - circular shield + sword
Sleepyhead - bear
Genie - lamp
Robot - the thing you twist at the back of a manual clock
Green dude - pot + three 1x1 circular pieces

What I opened - Mechanic, Sleepyhead, Genie, Robot.
The rest I plan to swap in stores.

Nice, and let me continue:
Alien - Feel for the round head, the stick piece and the gun, keep in mind there are no other accessories,
so don't confuse this with the Galatic Gal.
Statue Of Liberty - The book she holds which is a 1x2 flat pieces, no other fig has it in this serie.
Bandit - The hat.
Femingo Dancer - The fan.
Minitor - The big head piece, two little horn pieces, also the axe head piece and a stick.
Roman Solider - The retangular shield and spear.
Surgeon - The X-Ray 4x4 flat piece and the needle.
Skateboard Gal - Easiest one, the skateboard.
Galatic Gal - The helmet, little eye shield that goes into the helmet. Becareful on this since the hair pieces
felt like the Highlander\Celtic Warrior, and she also have a gun like Alien.
Butcher - The knife and steak pieces.

Instead of waiting for chapters stores to stock them you could just buy the ones you want from a different store and return the unwanted ones there.

Yes, I read over on Eurobricks that these are slowly appearing in Chapers retail stores.

No problem, and I have not seen them at my local Indigo or Chapters yet.

So anyone have this problem when using the code?

I tried to get as close to $25 as possible, but I get this error when checking out

Was your total over $25 after coupon? Someone did mention that free shipping apply to order over $30 after coupon now.

It is free shipping for orders over $25 but when combined with the $5 off coupon it effectively becomes free shipping for orders over $30.

Guess I missed that. well that confirms my fears. Not really as eager anymore to pick up the smaller sets.

Was this changed just recently? I ordered something during boxing week, and my order was a little over $26. I applied the $5 off code (which brought my total to $21 and change) and still received free shipping.

Yeah, this was a recent change. About two weeks ago I ordered two packs of four CMF series 5* and used the coupon for a total of $23 plus taxes and I got free shipping. I was going to do it again yesterday, but now I can't get free shipping!

*By the way where did Series 5 go? Judging by the forums, they seem to be in stock everywhere, but I can't find any in-store. I'm still missing a couple of figs!
