Interestingly, $19.99 is now the (normal, non-sale) price for this on LEGO.com.
They also reduced 41077 Aira's Pegasus Sleigh to $29.99 (formerly $39.99).
Could be a glitch, or maybe LEGO is trying something new and actually reducing the MSRP of some things?

They have actually reduced prices before but mainly in Europe.
I noticed it to, if you think about it the balloon really wasn't in line with a $30 set in that line. And I swear the sleigh was supposed to be $30 when it was announced.
