Numbers on bottom of Brick Headz

A friend of mine asked me what the little eyeballs and number word bubbles on the bottom of Brick Headz mean / was for. I had no clue since these have not interested me and haven't purchased any or researched.

Anyone know the answer?
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

It's a collectable, so every one has a number, including super exclusive ones. Next year's seasonal / holiday sets are numbers 38-44 or something like that.

The little head / eye thing is just the logo.
