Due to overwhelming success of the Brick Friday promotion, we have run out of the Limited Edition Set in both the US and Canada. However, the 10% off $149 and Free Shipping off $49 offers will continue all day. Additionally, we have marked five new items down 25%: 8129 AT AT Walker – 2520 Ninjago Battle Arena – 7066 Earth Defense HQ – 7189 Mill Village Raid – 8863 Blizzards Peak. If you could please help communicate both of these changes to your readers we would greatly appreciate it.
Hehe - although my Credit Card probably hates me by now - got one more order in with the Holiday Set... hopefully they won't cancel the Holiday Set on me... :-D

AT-OT 10195 is now back available to order on "back order". Who knows if they'll actually ship but it's worth a try if you were like me and had ALL of your original order cancelled even though I ordered within minutes of the original sale posting.

After almost an hour on hold with Lego customer service the friendly rep told me that my order of 2 Emerald Nights that was placed on Backorder should ship...eventually. She didn't have a timeframe but did say that any orders they didn't plan on shipping were cancelled outright.

In fact, they shouldn't be out of stock badly. Things could be flexible. They could simply collect stocks from local stores and ship it to customers, if they are oversold their products online. Well, this may slightly increase their cost; however, they could keep their customer service.

She mentioned that this is what they were planning on doing. I was going to ask why some people had issues with items being cancelled and then having them come back in stock a few hours later, but I didn't want to hold up the phone lines for the other poor souls still waiting. Oh well, I hope it works out.

So, now we got an explanation why some local store are full of stock during boxing day, and why some store aren't.

We went by the Orlando (DT Disney) store and the discount for Earth Defense HQ was not in store, a nice store employee was able to order at the 25% discount and free shipping plus instant VIP credit. I'm happy we didn't walk because the set was sold out by the next day.

Hope others were able to score their sets.

Hi everyone, for those who missed 10210 and 10194, they are still available at amazon for $150 and $90 respectively. Free shipping too.

Has anyone noticing S@H took out the Christmas set 2/2 off the promotion banner? You can still get it added to your cart if you spend $99 or more but it may be sign they are preparing just in case if they run out of it before mid-night?

My order from just after midnight Thursday for an Imperial Flagship nd Tantive IV is still showing "in process," but after speaking to a customer service agent this afternoon, she told me that the items have been located, boxed and will ship out tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

The order I placed Friday has now shipped.

I have found that Google Chrome does not like the Lego website, showing information that is not correct. I have no idea why this is, but that's my experience. For best results, it seems you should use something else.

i checked the b&m store here too, and they are all gone, i can't find it from any retailer online either... so i hope everyone bought their grand emporiums

strange thing tho is fire brigade is still available everywhere  even tho it came out one cycle before grand emporium

Are earth defense and mill raid really permanently sold out? Somehow I doubt it. They've only been out for like 6 months.

I doubt it as well - I am sure they'll be back in stock. They probably just sold their 'limit' for the sale and put them on 'Out of Stock'. My local ToysRUs has plenty of both...

I don't know what to think anymore - firefox shows them in stock at the regular price (and the Grand Emporium), while IE doesn't even let me scroll to the second page of the deals (or expand to show all, or sort by price). I think the website is just all messed up.

It may be showing in stock when you search for it but you will not be able to add it to your cart... so I guess its OOS... it also looks like they no longer have Christmas set 2/2
