CrossIron TRU has these by the cashiers right beside the boxes of Series 12. And they still have some 8 boxes of S12 on an island between Construction Toys and Boys Toys.

Airdrie Wal*Mart down to 10 boxes worth in the wire bin.

Major mackenzie walmart must have got them on january 1st, and been hoarded.
I went through the whole 8 box left at the walmart with my gf, and didn't land on a single unicorn and hotdog guy.

I don't understand the appeal of those figures and why they'd be hoarded. I like most of series 13 except for the two above and the fencer and ogre. I'd like to hear what people like about the unicorn and hotdog guy. I myself like to swap parts, but those 2 seem difficult to use differently.

Some have reported that in 1 case opened there was only
3 each:
Unicorn Girl
Hotdog Guy
Disco Girl
Girl with fossil
Female Samurai
Female Ogre
Fencer

4 each:
Alien
Sheriff
Egyptian Warrior
King
Snake Charmer
Evil Wizard

5 each:
Goblin
Carpenter
Space soldier

I think the Unicorn Girl is in high demand (because some like unicorns, collect the animal suit figures and/or there are only 3 each in most cases). The hotdog guy for much the same reasons. I have to admit he looks great and would be fun to add to a large city layout as street vendor.
The figure count per case that I provided is from White Fang (always does a great job). Here's a link to his review http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.p ... opic=99986

I only bought one of each of the ones that I wanted for now. Hoping that I will somehow find them cheaper and then can buy multiples of some

In one of the most crowed Walmarts ever, I found 10 boxes full to the brim. I guess I was lucky...

The Milton Wal-Mart finally had series 13 back in stock, 4 boxes on Lego shelf.
