380 pieces for the $59.99 Rancor Pit set??!! I know the Rancor uses alot of plastic, but this is taking it too far...

That's 15.79 cents per piece.

Jabba's Palace is 717 pieces for $119.99. That translates to 16.74 cents per piece.

So, it's actually a better deal than Jabba's Palace.

The Gungan sub is 465 for $69.99 - 15.05 cents per piece.

I could go on...

That being said, I agree it's far too expensive - and is mainly why I no longer collect the Star Wars sets.

Actually, I disagree... the minifigs in Jabba's Palace are much better and given the two sets, I'd take Jabba's Palace, but that is just me.

But no worries, Jabba's Palace has been on sale multiple times, just today it was $99 on Amazon, so this will be on sale too at some point, just give it time.

i think that Amazon sell 2013 for STar Wars, Super heroes, and Ninjago is not available and i checked with lego @ home is not available however, Only when lego @ home released then will send to amazon first except Toys R us do have in stock.

All of the sets in the first post are showing in stock/shippable at amazon.

This happened last year with the Batman sets. I told my wife to wait until a week before Christmas and maybe she could find these in the stores :) Really want the TMNT and new heroes sets!

Yeah, I couldn't wait for a sale either. I snaked the Spidey and Batman set right away. Two day prime shipping has be building new Lego sets Tuesday :) Thanks for the heads up. I really wanted the aqua man figure.

Just order all 3 super hero sets! Now I am torn to give 2 away as gifts or keep for my self. I wish these had gone up before I bought Christmas gifts. Thanks for finding.
