We received our review copy set late due to shipment delays caused by heavy rains and flooding in the region. Quite a few highways and roads were damaged and closed which affected shipments and supply chains in the province. Climate change and global warming is really having an impact. Dumping out the contents, you get several bags of pieces. There are two parts to the build including bag 1 and bag 2. You also get a sticker sheet as well.

This is the completion of the set after bag one. You basically build the snowy base along with the river.

In bag 2, you also build the only minifigure included in the set. The minifigure is an elf with accessories including a lantern and a carrot. He has a happy face.
There is an alternative face image for the elf minifigure. On the other side of the head, you can change it to a scared face.
In bag 2, you build various elements including the trees and reindeer. You basically build two background trees and two trees on the baseplate. You also build the blue sky scene at the back.

Complete LEGO Holiday 40484 Santa’s Front Yard Built Set
This is the complete LEGO 40484 Santa’s Front Yard built set. It makes a nice small display. The reindeer has adjustment head that can go up and down. Other details of the set include a North Pole sign. Stickers have been applied in this picture.

Overall Thoughts
LEGO Holiday 40484 Santa’s Front Yard is a nice freebie gift. The spending thresholds to get the set is a little high though. This set really brings the holiday and Christmas season spirt with the reindeer, elf and north pole sign. It took us about 50 minutes to unbox, sort and build the set.
From November 20-21 (VIP Weekend 2021) and again from November 26-29 (Black Friday & Cyber Monday Weekend 2021), LEGO Shop at Home (USA | Canada | UK | Australia) offered LEGO 40484 Santa’s Front Yard with purchases over $170 USD / $220 CAD / £170 GBP / $229 AUD.
Unfortunately, if you want this set now, you will probably have to resort to secondary markets. They are currently going for about ~$23 USD / $30 CAD right now in other marketplaces.
