LEGO Atlantis was previously advertised in the LEGO Club Magzine with a release date of November 24 / 2009. However, some sellers on bricklink have been able to get a few of these sets before their actual release date. But it has been clarified that these sellers were able to obtain these sets due to ToysRUs accidently listed these sets for sale. They were pulled off from the ToysRUs site really quick after they realize these sets were not suppose to be available yet. You can view the official LEGO Atlantis site here.
