Most Target stores in Canada now have their LEGO polybags and LEGO sets down to 70% (previously 50% off for their Christmas clearance). Remember to scan the older or seasonal sets like Star Wars Malevolence and Advent Calendars. Some people had luck finding polybags including Hobbit Mirkwood Elf for $1.5 (reg.$4.99).
