It appears that the LEGO clearance prices on polybags at Target USA have now reached the 90% off stage. If you can still find them in your store, prices for these polybags are now $0.39 (reg.$3.49-$3.99). This is the final discount stage before Target starts sending them away to donation (i.e Goodwill). You cannot get a better deal than this! Thanks to forum member zdog89 for the heads up.
*The last day for Halloween Clearance is November 9th (before it gets sent away). Some stores may not put them at the 90% off discount stage so 70% off may be your best bet. (thanks sidersdd)
