The seasonal Christmas LEGO polybags at Target USA stores are now at 90% off. You can pickup a LEGO polybag for as low as $0.39 (reg.$3.99). This is the last discount stage before Target removes these products from their system. Thanks to forum member crazybirdman and others for the heads up.
