Wal-Mart Canada stores appear to have started their Black Friday specials early. Forum member fleury reports finding the European/Oceania exclusive 10664 Bricks & More Creative Tower set for $40. The set is not available for sale in North America, but MSRP £49.99 in UK and €59,99 in Europe. Considering that the set has 1600 pieces and how much its worth in European countries, $40 is actually a very good deal.
