We are aware that there has been rumors going on whether Wal-Mart USA carries the minifigures. However, we can now officially confirm that Wal-Mart USA do infact have them and are priced at $1.97 each! Whats very interesting is that they are different from other retailer’s stock. The minifigures are in bigger boxes with 120 units in each case (not 60). Seems like more and more retailers are getting the series 2 minifigures so supply has increased to meet the demand. Thanks to our forum members and everyone else that contacted us with the news.
*Besides LEGO Brand Stores and LEGOShop.com, Wal-Mart may be the only retailer left selling them at retail price. ToysRUs and Target has raise their prices to $2.99 while Borders has them for $3.99.
