Its now March 1st, 2023 in Australia and and will soon be in several more hours in UK, US and Canada. For those in the UK, new LEGO March 2023 set release, offers and GWP will begin at 0:00 UK or France Time on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023. For those in the US and Canada, new LEGO March 2023 releases and promotions are expected to start on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 21:00 PST or on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023 at 0:00 EST.

From the Australian LEGO site (it’s now March 1st over there), it doesn’t appear that there are any new LEGO March 2023 promotions so far. There’s the existing 18+ LEGO Icons 40586 Moving Truck GWP. It’s nice that they still have a freebie gift when you buy the new LEGO March 2023 sets. However, the supplies for the gift set will probably not last too long as the gift promo started on February 21, 2023.
