It appears that LEGO Bricklink has been hacked and is currently not working. Bricklink has been down for several hours now. On the main page of the site, it says the following:
Stormtrooper is not a maintenance man. We apologize
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
We are currently investigating some unusual activity, so it’s too early to speculate further. We will share more information once it’s available.
There are reports that some stores and sellers have had their accounts compromised. They received messages demanding payment or they will have their inventory and stores deleted.
There’s still no official word from LEGO about what exactly is going on at Bricklink or how long the outage will be going on for. The downtime is definitely going to cause a lot of inconvenience but the safety and security of all users on the platform is important.

For the safety of the entire LEGO Bricklink Marketplace, it makes sense for LEGO to put the site in maintenance mode. That way, they can start investigating what exactly is going on.
Cybersecurity is important. If you use Bricklink, we recommend changing your password once Bricklink is back online again. In addition, check your profile and account activity to see if there are any unusual activity. We also recommend changing your passwords for your other accounts if you use the same password for Bricklink for safety.
