Update 2: Seems like Target meant Anakin’s Jedi Interceptor for $30 (reg.$39.99) as that set is $30 online while the Anakin’s Podracers is still at $66.5. You may still have luck trying to get the podracers for $30 instores, but you definitely need to get an override at Target. Some people had success price matching at Toys R Us while some had difficulties.
Update: Use coupon code TGURD63S for an additional $5 off $29 on LEGO items. (thanks kevin7215) Also, if you have trouble finding the podracers at your store, remember you can always bring their ad to Toys R Us or Wal-Mart for price match.
