September 7 Update: These promotional sets in the checkout aisles may not be available at smaller Target stores.
Following the sightings of LEGO 30032 & 30042 in the seasonal Halloween section, forum member coleslaw60 reports seeing another LEGO World Racers promotional set. LEGO World Racer 30031 Powerboat has been spotted at the checkout aisles (not in the Halloween section) in Target along with LEGO Atlantis 30040. Both promotional sets are priced at $2.99 each.
