Update: This is a false alarm as forum member doodlebird reports that its showing up as Series 4.
According to their store/inventory checker, some stores in Target are now carrying LEGO Series 7 Minifigures (8831). If your stores do happen to carry them and you managed to find them instores, let us know! Thanks to forum member UnknownUser for the news.
