UPDATE: ToysRUs has removed the sets from their site.
Most of the 2011 LEGO Disney Pixar Cars sets are available for pre-order at ToysRUs.com. They also have Duplo Cars. There are pictures of all of them. Estimated Ship date is May 16. Thanks to forum member gabriellee11 for the news
