What is the 10350 Lego Icons 2025 Modular Building?
Overview of LEGO Icons 10350 Tudor Corner
Tudor Corner (10350) is the newest entry into the LEGO Icons Modular Building series. It is a corner building that follows other popular corner sets like the Boutique Hotel, Brick Bank, Grand Emporium, and Cafe Corner.
Tudor Corner was released on January 1, 2025, and it didn’t take fans long to start singing its praises. As it is primarily aimed at modular enthusiasts and serious collectors, this adult-focused set includes highly detailed architectural designs and plenty of Old World charm!
Piece Count and Price
One of the standout features of Tudor Corner is the piece count. There are a total of 3,266 pieces in the set, making this build the largest ever on a single 32×32 baseplate. There have been other modular buildings that have come close, like Boutique Hotel (3,066 pieces), Jazz Club (2,899 pieces), and Corner Garage (2,569 pieces), but if you’re looking for the highest piece count on a single 32×32 baseplate, Tudor is the one to get.
If you want to pick this set up, the current, official price is $229.99. It is priced very similarly to previous LEGO Modular Building sets that have a comparable size and scope. A couple of examples are Brick Bank, Town Hall, and Boutique Hotel. Shop Now: LEGO Shop at Home (USA | Canada | UK | Australia), Amazon.com USA, Amazon.ca Canada and Amazon.co.uk UK
If you’re wondering if the Todur Corner set is worth the price you’ll pay for it, the short answer is yes.
Todor Corner is a high-quality LEGO set that includes intricate architectural details, like arched windows, a bay window, and tiled floors. The historical charm and attention to detail can be seen on every level of this structure. There is a ground floor, a middle level, and an upper level, and each one has its own unique features that collectors with an eye for sophistication will really enjoy.
Availability
For now, Todor Corner is generally available. It is available on official sites and on the secondary market. One thing that isn’t available anymore is the Corner Kiosk set (40757), which came as a ‘gift with purchase’ for early birds. While some secondary sellers do have the Icons Corner Kiosk set available now, the price will likely fluctuate based on collector interest. Design, Architecture, and Unique Features
When it comes to design and architectural features, Tudor Corner really stands out. The set is inspired by historic European architecture and includes some of the same features you would see in classic buildings throughout the UK and other parts of Europe that were impacted by British architectural trends.
Shown below is the back of the box for 18+ LEGO Icons 10350 Tudor Corner Modular Building.
Architectural Inspiration
Interestingly, most fans would call Tudor Corner’s architectural style to be more similar to structures made in the neo-Tudor or Victorian eras than actual Tudor-style buildings.
As such, some of the features we see in the set are Victorian-style timber framing, steep roofs that are similar to classic townhouses, and cross-gabled roof designs similar to popular buildings in the 20th century.
Exterior Highlights
For a more detailed view, we have to look at the exterior and the interior separately.
The exterior of the building features some angular designs on the facade and diagonal framing to break up the straight lines that LEGO structures often have. To achieve these unique angles, the designer used a few different approaches, but the main one was interspersing angled pieces with straight ones.
The designer also chose to incorporate multiple styles into one by using a modular approach that feels like there were multiple owners of the various parts of the structure, and they each had their own style. Together, these styles come together beautifully to create a feeling of realism that we don’t see in all the sets within this series.
For example, the bottom floor is a combination of an olive green facade with timber window and door frames. The red awnings and decorative plants also help bring life to the design. The second floor is completely different. It’s made with nougat bricks and light tan arched window frames that are presumably made of some kind of stone.
On the top level, we see some innovative use of cheese slopes and tiles to mimic traditional Tudor beam designs, and there’s the red gabled roof, complete with a rooftop terrace.
As an additional layer of intricacy, the designer also included a secondary building structure that attaches to the main corner building. It has many of the same design elements, but its color scheme is grey, white, and light blue, creating a distinctly separate space.
Shown below is 18+ LEGO Icons 10350 Tudor Corner Modular Building.
Interior Spaces
The interior is even more intricate, and you could spend hours setting up different activities for your minifigures with all the added detail.
On the ground floor you’ll find a beautifully designed restaurant. There are authentic items like bar stools, cafe tables, and a cash register to help sell the theme. There are also large display windows that help with viewing the interior once everything is finally put together.
On the next (middle) floor, you’ll find things like a haberdashery shop and a clockmaker’s workshop. The clockmaker’s workshop is especially fun, as it features things like grandfather clocks and an examination table.
The upper floor has an attic apartment complete with an open-plan kitchen. It has tiled floors and some extra items to help sell the theme. One that comes to mind is the old-fashioned vacuum cleaner. If you’re familiar with the apartments in sets like Police Station and Town Hall, you’ll have a pretty good idea about this apartment design as well.
Minifigures and Playability
Some modular buildings in the LEGO Icons lineup have a better playability factor than others. We’d say that the Tudor Corner does an excellent job giving builders opportunities to get creative with the included minifigures and spaces both on the interior and exterior of the structure.
Minifigure Details
Tudor Corner includes eight minifigures—and a cat. Each one has unique features that help it fit into the setting. There’s a minifigure with a flat cap, one with half-rimmed glasses, a guy in a chef’s coat, a chimney sweeper, a guy with a handlebar mustache, and another with a pinstriped suit. The level of detail in the minifigures reminds us of how intricately designed they were in characters like the jazz singer from Jazz Club or the bank manager from the Brick Bank.
The character lineup fits very well into the set’s design, with some figures designed to inhabit and interact with different parts of the building. Whether it’s the commercial spaces on the ground floor, the offices on the middle floor, or the residential space on the top floor, there are opportunities to bring each space to life.
Shown below is the discontinued and retired LEGO Creator 10251 Brick Bank Modular Building set.
Interactive Spaces
To help bring the storytelling potential to life, some of the areas are interactive. Minifigures can go to the shops and get their clocks fixed or have some ‘mending’ done at the haberdashery. Or, they can go to the cafe and get a ‘spot of tea.’ When they’re finished with that, they can check out at the cash register or sit down at the tables out on the sidewalk.
New and Exclusive Elements
A very exciting part of every new, premium LEGO set is the new pieces that it comes with. Whether you’re a collector, a fan of MOC building, or just love to see something new, unique pieces are always welcome. Tudor Corner comes with several new pieces, and some recolored ones. Here are some of our favorites.
Introduction of New and recolored Pieces
The first new piece of note is the brick (1 x 4) in Nougat. There are 12 of these in the set, and while the piece itself isn’t new, this is the first time we’re seeing it in this color. Another piece making its debut in Nougat is the masonry brick (1 x 2).
A couple of other notable pieces are the new Plate Special 2 x 2 (two studs) and the Wedge Plate 6 x 3 pieces. The former comes in Pearl Gold, and the latter is Reddish Brown.
If you’re a cat person, you’ll be happy to know that the car figure now comes in Dark Tan. And, if you remember the Star Wars sets, you’ll recognize the Droid Legs. But now, they come in Pearl Gold.
These new and recolored pieces give builders some new options for both color palettes and new architectural design elements.
Exclusive Printed Pieces
Another exciting thing about Tudor Corner is that the set doesn’t rely on stickers. Instead, it has some premium, exclusive printed pieces that are made specifically for this set.
Some of the printed elements you’ll see are signage, intricately designed menus for the inn, cash register detail, and a few beautifully rendered designs on interior accessories. You’ll also see features like the sunflower lanyard hanging on the wall, and it may remind you of the level of detail that sets like Boutique Hotel, Corner Garage, and Brick Bank are known for.

Collectibility and Value for LEGO Enthusiasts
Tudor Corner is certainly worth the asking price when you consider some key metrics like price-per-minute (PPM), price-per-gram (PPG), and price-per-piece (PPP). The high piece count, number of unique pieces, variation of large to small pieces, and complexity of the build itself all make this set valuable for modular building enthusiasts and collectors.
There are some other factors that make this set valuable as well.
Many years ago, LEGO Modular Building sets were branded as LEGO Creator Expert sets. Check out our resource article on “How Do LEGO Modular Buildings Compare to LEGO Creator Sets?” for more details.
Shown below is the LEGO Creator 3in1 31141 Main Street set that was mentioned in our “How Do LEGO Modular Buildings Compare to LEGO Creator Sets?” resource article. The set was released back in Summer August 2023 and is currently available for purchase at LEGO Shop at Home (USA | Canada | UK | Australia).
20th Modular Building Milestone
One of the most obvious ones is that Tudor Corner marks the 20th anniversary of the LEGO Icons Modular Buildings line. The set has what it takes to stand alone, but since it’s also representing the success of the entire series, it’s going to have very good staying power both during its active production phase and after. This set will almost certainly appreciate very well after its inevitable discontinuation, and collectors are probably keenly aware of that already.
Collectible Appeal
Apart from marking an important milestone for the modular building line, some of the other features that collectors will like about Tudor Corner are a large piece count, intricate details, new pieces, and some new building techniques.
Whether it’s the fact that Tudor Corner is the largest set in the line to sit atop a 32×32 baseplate, or the elements like bay windows, arched windows, and a rooftop terrace, collectors will enjoy the versatility and unique touches the set brings with it.
Special Gift with Purchase
Tudor Corner is still available for purchase, but the LEGO Newspaper Kiosk (40757) is not available as a standalone set, and you cannot buy it through official channels.
The set came with 205 pieces and featured some specialized prints and signage that fit the overall theme of the set. The Newspaper Kiosk came as a ‘gift with purchase.’ It does a great job adding some liveliness to the street.
Shown below is the limited edition 18+ LEGO Icons 40757 Newspaper Kiosk GWP Gift with Purchase. This promotional set is no longer available.
Community Reception
As with all things LEGO, it’s the builders who matter most, and we want to highlight some of the most talked-about features of the Tudor Corner set.
Architectural Design and Aesthetic Appeal
We’ve already talked about this, but it deserves one more mention as it one of the most celebrated features of this set.
Fans love the striking facade of Tudor Corner and the authentic architectural elements taken from classic Tudor-style buildings. Fans especially like the charm that this build brings to the entire collection and welcome its detailed and varied design features.
Another thing fans talk about a lot is the color palette. The light blue facade of the haberdashery, the nougat bricks, the dark greens, and the reddish-brown accents all come together to make a beautiful, life-like appeal.
Engaging Building Experience
Another thing that fans talk a lot about is the building experience that this set provides. Builders get to play with some advanced building techniques like off-grid construction. The highly detailed facade that the set has is also very popular, especially because there are many different styles all wrapped into one set.
Fans don’t just love the exteriors. The attention to detail that the designers used to create the interiors is also something that fans have said was especially immersive. The high piece count and details like mugs, sitting areas, signage, and several other features are immersive for builders, and there is a lot of positive feedback from fans.
Integration with ‘The Street’
Another thing that fans have spoken out about is how well Tudor Corner fits in with the entire collection.
Since the set has a corner placement, it creates a pivot for builders who need a corner building to change the direction of the street to add depth to the overall scene or to add a dynamic corner scene at the end of the street.
The color scheme is another celebrated feature, not just because it looks good as a set, but fans like it because it adds complexity to the street while bringing attention to the new set without seeming awkward or loud at the same time.
Speculation and Rumors for the Next
To finish up this overview of the newest LEGO Modular Building in the LEGO Icons line, let’s take a moment to remember the buzz about this set before it was released. There were some interesting predictions, and many of them ended up being very close to what we actually got.
Prior to the set’s release, it was no secret that creative direction was heading in a thematic direction. As such, many fans were making predictions like a gas station for the street, residential apartments, or even a Victorian-style townhouse.
Then, some leaked images and designer interviews further boosted fans’ imaginations, and the anticipation among fans for what would be Tudor Corner was at one of its highest points in recent years. Fans had theories about architectural details, color schemes involving olive green and some additional earthy tones, and character-inspired sets like Ninjago City and Avengers Tower.
Some notable sets that had similar buzz before their release include icons like Market Street, Jazz Club, and Green Grocer.

Future LEGO Modular Sets
Of course, there is no way to know if this year’s rumors will pan out for the 2026 LEGO Icon set, but we might get some indication from future fan predictions and by analyzing the most popular requests.
Since the launch of the 20th Modular Building, the expectation among LEGO enthusiasts for the series to maintain the level of detail and sophistication that Tudor Corner brings is quite high. The blend of historical authenticity and advanced building techniques places this set as a sort of benchmark for future releases from the LEGO Group and from the LEGO Modular Buildings line, in particular.
Will we see new sets like the famous Boutique Hotel or Brick Bank? Will get something that provides new and varied building techniques? Or maybe a set that allows for a new direction in the line’s current modular city expandability.
